for every mildly homophobic comment on my barven (barvenpaw? ravley? ravenbar?) submission(s), I'd have a whole jar of nickels, let me tell you.
i mean, i'm assuming (or hoping) that these people aren't actually homophobic, but there are some comments i've gotten over the months (years? idk) that suggest the opposite.
i know, it's cats. and you can hate barven, that's fine - i don't care what you ship or don't ship.
but is it really necessary to leave comments on my pieces about how you don't like the ship, or how you 'really hope that this is just friendship, otherwise i'm grossed out'.
for frick's sake. kindly give me constructive criticism about the art itself, but you're wasting my time (and yours) submitting comments about how barven annoys you, or how characters from the series being headcanon'd as gay annoys you.

It's worth noting also that the warrior cats fanbase tends to be a younger (and thus more immature) one who aren't well versed in such things yet. It's incredibly unnecessary all the same and worst case scenario by all means hide the comment or st but regardless, don't think of it as a comment on your art, you know? these kinds of people aren't really worth your time or energy - the ones who leave detailed comments and go out of their way are. TLDR; MOST ARE JUST SILLY KIDS DON'T MIND OK
